I tend to think in pictures. I always have. That probably explains my love of cartoons and for great cartoonists. Also my envy. They can say more with one picture or image and a few words than I can with 1000 words. It’s a real talent.

Thus after a week when the Democrats made total asses of themselves, as they have been since Hillary lost – and Donald Trump managed to make more of a fool of himself than usual – and when some few, some very few stood tall and did well, I couldn’t find the words. Or enough of them to say what I wanted to say on this Friday.

I personally will say TGIF when, and if, politicians and the idiot media has the kindness   and decency to just STFU and let us have Saturday in peace.

We know that Sunday is all about the “talk” shows. And talk is usually all it is. Talk without substance or meaning. Blather.

So on to things that really say something…

I have tried really hard to find some positives in the election of Donald Trump. He ain’t Hillary – Jeff Sessions is AG – Gorsuch will be on the Supreme Court – Scott Pruitt at the EPA among others gave me some hope he would be better than I thought. This week makes me wonder if there is enough “Good Trump” to come even close to balancing the “Bad Trump”.

“Liberal Logic 101.com” makes so much more sense than those they skewer it is wonderful. At least I enjoy it.

What could I say – this above pretty much covers everything.

Again, how many words have been written to basically say the same thing about Castro, Cuba and Socialism?

Leaks are dangerous and those that leak should be prosecuted. It isn’t about them leaking about Donald Trump, whether you like him or not, it’s about the damn intelligence community “leaking” because they don’t like someone/anyone. And it’s wrong. And it’s illegal.

Big Bird used a few more words than such images usually do. But he told the truth that the left and the media will not.

The Gorsuch hearings have shown the Dems behavior to be much like the cartoon above. How can they not know what fools they are making of themselves? Gorsuch stays above the fray and looks like an adult.

They never laid a glove on him – I know that because even idiot Dana Bash said so on CNN. And we all know that CNN is “the most trusted name in news”. We know because that’s their trademark b.s. not their modus operandi.

Trump, Ryan the many Republicans beclowned them selves with their attempt to hoodwink their voters into believing that the “Trumpcare” bill they presented was the end result of their promise to “repeal and replace” Obamacare”

The Freedom Caucus stood staunchly against “Obamacare Lite” and Ryan was forced to pull the bill before the vote.

And if they GOP hadn’t made big enough fools of themselves the head of their party then topped it all with a monumental temper tantrum: Final Warning: Trump ‘Moving On’ if Bill Fails, Will Leave Obamacare In Place

Celebutards keep showing us how little they know about anything important to the welfare of this country. And how little they care about their own hypocrisy.

The cartoon above expertly shows the bigotry of those that call all of us bigots if we don’t agree with them. I couldn’t say it better myself. At least in under 1000 words.

Good question. Anyone on the left got a good answer?

It would not surprise me if some leftist nut-cake did blame the GOP for something like this.

Speaking of nut-cakes…

I have no words.

And we still have the events and lunacy of today to get through. Ugh.

Our weather forecast here in Wisconsin is for warm, very warm, and sunny. So I will start planning my garden, mostly in pots, before the next snowstorm hits.

Excellent commentary, Marge. You really hit it out of the park, covering a wide arrange of idiocy with which we are currently inundated. Well done!

The cartoon abt Gorsuch was so good – he is widely considered to be a fantastic jurist, in an elite group. So of course the Dems look like major idiots for talking such smack abt him. His own record proves them to be the liars they are, yet that doesn’t seem to bother them and their minions one bit. As long as they “stick it to the man,” their people are happy.

And the one abt workplaces is just laughable considering the people who have not just lost their jobs, but their BUSINESSES, because they had the AUDACITY to allow their religious beliefs – check that – CHRISTIAN religious beliefs – to inform how they operated. Never mind that they gave options to those few whom they turned away.Nope. Not good enough for these fascists (who don’t seem to realize that’s what THEY are, not Trump).

Ugh. So sick of these people.

    Anyway – outstanding post!

TY Rev. Is today moving day for you?

      • Rabble Rouser Reverend Amy Says:

No – the movers come on Weds., and we did not pass our Certificate of Occupancy on Friday, much to our consternation. It was not really anything with the house, but some new documentation the county is requiring that the builders didn’t have. It REALLY screwed us up since we had help lined up for the weekend to clear out the storage unit. ARGH.

Instead, we will be spending quality time hanging the Roman shades we ordered (currently sitting in the garage). I guess that’s something, but this screw up really put us behind the 8 ball.

        • Rabble Rouser Reverend Amy Says:

I should add, as soon as we get the COO, we can start moving things in, and will, before the movers get here. But yeah – this really messed us up BIG time. I guess getting the shades, towel bars/hooks, and another ceiling fan put up will have to suffice, though we CAN move over our porch furniture after they power wash today. Right now it is all loaded up on the trailer. We look like the Clampetts.

Oh crap. Once again the bureaucracy strikes the citizenry with their nonsense. It won’t be long before the paper work will outweigh the dwelling.

Filibustering Gorsuch? The 3 questions Chuck Schumer needs to answer first
Despite one of the most calm, measured, and erudite performances before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Democrats are going to filibuster Trump’s nominee for the Supreme Court, according to a statement from Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.).

“After careful deliberation, I have concluded that I cannot support Judge Neil Gorsuch’s nomination to the Supreme Court,” Schumer said from the Senate floor on Thursday. “He will have to earn 60 votes for confirmation. My vote will be ‘no,’ and I urge my colleagues to do the same.”

Based on the committee’s timeline expectation, Schumer’s grandstand should occur somewhere in the middle of April.

This development and the Schumer’s statements along with it raise a few questions for the Minority Leader:

Were you watching the same set of hearings as the rest of us?

Because this filibuster makes it look like it doesn’t really matter who Trump nominated.

Gorsuch’s opponents inside and outside the chamber tried everything they could to deride, smear, and otherwise Bork the nominee. Still, they got next to nothing to stick. This was primarily because he gave them nothing. If this was the final play of Gorsuch’s much-discussed “charm offensive” on Capitol Hill, it would appear that it didn’t work, routed by Schumer’s pander play to hysteria of the far-left.

I wonder if I should hope that the Dems really do filibuster Gorsuch. Because if they filibuster him, and he is certainly not out of the mainstream, just to pacify their base, then the part of the country with brains will regard them, not him, as extreme.

And that would, I’m guessing, make attacks on the next Trump nominee harder for them. Wouldn’t it?

Analysis: About That CNN ‘Bombshell’ Scoop on Supposed Trump-Russia Collusion…

CNN – The FBI has information that indicates associates of President Donald Trump communicated with suspected Russian operatives to possibly coordinate the release of information damaging to Hillary Clinton’s campaign U.S. officials told CNN .

Yeah that’s a “bombshell” all right. Who’d they get it from, Rachel Maddow?

    • Rabble Rouser Reverend Amy Says:

It is incredible what passes for “news” these days, isn’t it? Rumor, innuendo, hearsay, and just flat out lies seem to suffice. Wow.

      • kenoshamarge Says:

Exactly. No wonder people don’t trust the media. To even put something like that piece of crap out in public is deplorable.
